Refund policy
We’re here to make sure you have a great experience with HYCO. If something’s not right with your order — especially if your product isn’t working as it should — we’ll make it right.
If your product is faulty
If you receive a faulty or non-working unit, we’ll happily replace it. First, reach out to us at info@hygienecollective.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include a short video showing the issue so we can troubleshoot it quickly.
If troubleshooting doesn’t solve the problem, we’ll immediately dispatch a replacement unit — anywhere in the world.
If you’d prefer a refund
We get it. If you’d rather have a refund instead of a replacement, no problem. You’ll just need to send the product back to us. Once we receive and inspect the item to confirm it’s indeed faulty or non-functional, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are not issued for used products that are in working condition, due to the intimate nature of our items.
Due to the nature of our products...
We hope you understand that once a product has been used, we can’t accept returns unless it’s defective. This is for hygiene and safety reasons — and because we’d never re-sell a returned item. So if you’ve simply changed your mind after using it, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
How to return a product
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first.

EU 14-day Cooling Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, no questions asked. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Banks may take a little longer to reflect the amount on your statement, so we appreciate your patience.
