SHIPPING & RETURNS
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We'll ship your bidet to you no matter where in the world you're wiping. Just make sure your address is correct — we can't aim for you.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on where you are — usually between 3–10 days (1-day delivery within U.A.E). We’ll send you tracking info so you can obsessively refresh it like the rest of us.
What if my product arrives faulty or not working?
Don’t stress. Send us a quick video of the issue, and we’ll troubleshoot it together. Still not working? We’ll ship you a replacement faster than you can say “spray and slay.”
Can I return my bidet if I change my mind?
Since these are personal hygiene products, we can’t accept returns just because of cold feet. But if it’s faulty or defective, we’ve got your back (and your butt). We'll replace or refund once we receive the returned unit and confirm the issue.
How do I start a return or request support?
Just email us at info@hygienecollective.com with your order number and a quick video if it’s a product issue. We’ll handle the rest — no long forms, no robot replies.
ORDERS

Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
If we haven’t shipped it yet, yes. Email us ASAP and we’ll try our best to catch it before it leaves our hands. Once it’s out the door, it’s all yours.
Where can I find my order confirmation?
Check your inbox (and spam folder). The confirmation email should be there with all the juicy details.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Absolutely. Planning a clean getaway for a group? Shoot us an email and we’ll work something out.
My tracking hasn’t updated. What’s going on?
Sometimes couriers take a minute to scan packages. Give it 24–48 hours. If it still looks suspiciously stuck, email us and we’ll investigate like a true bidet detective.
Can I send this as a gift?
100%. Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout. No invoices or pricing will be included in the package — only cleanliness and good vibes.

Below are some common questions about our products.
Can I take this on a plane?
Yes, all our bidets are carry-on friendly. TSA might give it a curious look, but it’s allowed. Just make sure it’s dry and not filled with water — unless you want an unplanned in-flight shower.
Will it raise alarms at airport security?
It might catch a few eyes, but rest assured — portable bidets are perfectly legal to travel with. A smile and “it’s a bidet” usually does the trick. We’ve never had one arrested. Yet.
Will this change my life?
Yes. You’ll never look at toilet paper the same way again. Once you’ve gone jet, Mist, Bliss, or Bliss Pro… there’s no going back to the dry side.
